COVID - 19 Update

From all of us…

We are looking forward to having you travel with McCarter Tours in the New Year. Our country has many beautiful attractions and we want to get back to visiting them all with our great patrons on board.

We have implemented a multidiscipline approach in support of providing a safe travel environment for our passengers and employees. As you board our coach you will notice hand sanitizer available on the door for your use. Our sanitization protocols meet or exceed CDC, State, Motorcoach Industry Guidelines and Recommendations. Hospital grade CDC & EPA approved disinfectants are incorporated in our high touch and overnight disinfecting process. Multiday trips have electrostatic sprayers on board for thorough daily disinfecting.

Coaches are equipped with increased MERV antimicrobial treated air filters and UV light technology along with fresh air circulation every ten minutes. Employees and customers are requested to follow CDC self-certification for wellness and reporting prior to travel.

As guidelines and requirements for states and venues continue to evolve, we will review the latest protocols prior to departure along with our loading, unloading, and seating process.

We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon. If you have any further questions about our COVID-19 safety plan feel free to give our office a call to address your questions.
